I really like the fact that I’m now in a company where we develop dermatological products. I wanted to try something completely different than working in a hospital, because I previously had a dream to become a dermatologist. I would recommend a Medical Doctor to apply for a job in LEO Pharma, if they would like to get great insights into the development of medicine. I have absolutely gotten a better work/life balance after joining LEO Pharma. Now I have the freedom I need to do things I want inside the job – AND also outside the job!
